Hi ya’ll! It’s been another long, busy day. I got quite a bit done on the packing front but I still have a long ways to go.
I started out the day with another piece of banana bread.
I headed to the gym to get in 45 minutes on the elliptical before the OU game started. It was such an amazing game! Loved every minute of it! I also did lots of crunches during the game in between packing and did jumping jacks every time the Sooners scored, haha.
Around halftime I had some lunch.
Just pasta, hot sauce, and asiago cheese. Delish. Then I packed. And packed. And packed some more. And I still feel like I’m not even halfway done. Blech. A week from today though I’ll be in my new apartment!
A few dozen handfuls of puppy chow may also have been consumed throughout the course of the afternoon also.
For dinner I was craving a simple salad. I didn’t have the supplies to make it happen, so I went to the grocery store and picked up a couple Netflix for this evening’s entertainment.
I have been craving salads like never before lately. I can’t get enough. That thang wasn’t enough to fill me up though, so I had a few spoonfuls of a new ice cream I bought last week that I’m not too crazy about.
I’ve heard really good things about coconut milk ice cream, but this is just way to rich for me. I think maybe I just picked the wrong brand though.
Now I’m finishing up some more packing and then I’m going to watch a movie before hitting the hay. Super exciting. It feels like the calm before the storm right now. Sorry for being boring. Not too much excitement comes out of a day when all you do is pack is pack and eat

hehe I like your game work out! Good luck with packing!!!

Those noodles sound just yummy! I remember when I was in college, noodles with butter spray, balsamic vinegar and parm was my go to meal. I hadn’t discovered my undercover lover Frank yet

Puppy chow!! That stuff is so dangerous but in the best way possible – yum! Good luck with all the packing!
I hope you getting your packing done soom, poor you
I hate packing.
I’ve passed on a blog award to you
Puppy chow!!!??? What is that?? Dog food? I am confused
Lol Jolene, Puppy Chow must just be an American thing. It’s Chex mixed with butter, chocolate and powdered sugar. It kinda looks like puppy chow so that’s where it gets the name.
