Hey guys! Well, I ended up just staying in last night. It was just so cold out there and so warm in here that I couldn’t force myself out the door.
When I woke up this morning I decided to utilize my nearly empty Oikos container to make a yogurt mess.
In the mix was a kiwi, some of the Dylan’s Chia Granola and a handful of PB puffins. Yum.
I woke up kind of late so this was a combination of breakfast and lunch. I ate it while I caught up on blog reading and some housework. Then I left the house for the gym to check out a yoga class. On the way I enjoyed a Tropical Fruit Tart Larabar.
I was so excited to see that the health food store near my apartment was carrying the new Laras. I know they’re totally old news now, but Oklahoma is always pretty behind on the trends. I remember seeing a lot of mixed reviews on this flavor, but I really liked it!
The yoga class was pretty good, but a little different. I thought it was just an hour long class, but it ended up being 90-minutes long so I didn’t stick around to do a workout after like I had originally intended. I needed to get home so I could get everything ready for the upcoming work week.
I can’t remember the last time I had to work a full 5-day week. I guess this means the holidays are officially over. Sigh. But I guess I have something to look forward to since my birthday is coming up soon! Maybe that will make the work week go by a bit more quickly.
I just finished a mug of PB Puffins. They are my crack, I have no idea why I thought I could buy them and practice restraint.
I have a lot to do tonight, including a cardio workout on the elliptical and cooking up some dinner along with prepping for tomorrow. Sundays just fly by so quickly!
