Hey guys! How is your Monday treating you so far? Mine has been quite productive, I think. I just finished up the full-time job and I’m about to head to the part-time gig.
I was a little worried that I would start to dread job #2 after working a full day, but luckily I love it so much that going in feels like a treat. I was actually a little bummed yesterday that I didn’t have to go in.
Know what else I love? Having leftovers to have for lunch.
I brought in another serving of the Baked Risotto Primavera from yesterday. So good and cheesey. Perfect comfort food for a stressful day.
Later on I had my first ever blood orange.
I was so excited to spot these at the grocery store on Saturday. They are delicious little buggers.
For a more filling snack I had some plain nonfat Greek yogurt with peanut butter. So good.
Speaking of good… I thought this was extremly cool – a way for bloggers to do good! I saw this on Ashley’s blog and just had to share it.

Have a great rest of the day guys!

LOVE the Hershey’s blog hop! CMN is my sorority’s national charity of choice – I’m in!
I can’t believe there are really fruits called blood oranges! I’ve never heard of them and didn’t believe it at first. I don’t know if I could eat one because of the color juice and the name! I guess I can’t judge it until I try it though
Love this idea! I’m totally doing this tomorrow!
YAY for PB+Yogurt combo!
Have a great week, girl!

I had no creativity tonight so I just copied your post. figured you wouldn’t mind since it’s for a good cause?
It will run in the morning.
I’d try a blood orange but haven’t come across them in my neck of the woods.
LOVEEEEE blood oranges. I first started eating them/heard about them in Italy when I studied abroad. I DESPISE regular oranges, but ADORE blood oranges. Weirdoooo

Love this idea..will be participating this week.
Have you tried honey oranges? They are really good — sweet and small enough to not make a big mess.

Leftovers always make the best lunches… they’re even better when you have 2 or 3 different and add them all together, haha sounds gross but it always ends up tasting good. I agree greek yogurt and peanut butter has to be the. best. snack!! enjoy your day! xoxo
