The SIL is doing her first half marathon this weekend! She’s been working so hard and I’m very proud of her. Good luck sissy!
If you do shit yourself, I’ll still love you. I puked at the end of my first half, so… I would really have no room to talk.
Also, can we go back to being non-running people after you do this? I’ve given up on it and all your hard work is making me feel bad about myself.

Yes, after this, we are going back to being non-running people. I was not joking when I said this is my first and last half marathon. I think a 5k every now and then is perfectly acceptable. I’m going to start a 90 day shred challenge after I recover from this. I miss riding my bike, going to yoga and lifting weights. And I’m going back to that pronto! I may still do 2-3 miles with the running group on Tues/Thurs mornings b/c I love them dearly, but no more super runs. My body just is not handling this well (with the herniated disk and all). LOVE YOU! AND THANK YOU FOR THE SHOUT OUT!! The card is hilarious, yo!
Whew. I occasionally run if I’m really close to missing the metro. And I’m usually carrying three bags. That pretty much makes me a runner, right?
